1. About this service

Matchup Engine is an independent sports analytics product that provides model-based matchup analysis, probability rankings, and market price comparisons for NRL anytime try scorer markets.

Matchup Engine is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, place bets, or provide wagering services. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Analytics content only

All picks, rankings, probabilities, matchup scores, value signals, and market comparisons are model estimates produced for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, recommendations to wager, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Purchasing access to this site unlocks analytics content only. No purchase or access plan guarantees any return, profit, winning bet, or successful outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site where odds or market pricing information is displayed. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases and access

Paid access is provided on a per-game or per-round basis via one-off payments processed by Stripe. No recurring subscriptions are offered.

Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable for change of mind. This does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

Access to a round expires when the round is marked as ended. Purchases are not available for rounds that have already ended.

5. Odds and market prices

Where market odds or bookmaker prices are displayed, they are shown for comparison and informational purposes only. Prices may change at any time and are not guaranteed to be current or accurate at the time of viewing.

As of the date of these terms, Matchup Engine is not paid by bookmakers and does not receive commission, referral fees, or other incentives from bookmaker names or displayed prices. No outbound links to bookmakers are provided on this site. If this changes, these terms will be updated.

6. No financial or gambling advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place a bet. All model outputs and content are estimates only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided on this site.

7. Data and model limitations

Model outputs are based on historical data, published statistics, available market prices, and manual analysis. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Past performance of a player, team, or market does not guarantee future results.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any information on this site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including model outputs, rankings, matchup analysis, copy, and design, is owned by or licensed to Matchup Engine. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

9. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication and data storage use Supabase. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Bookmaker names and, where used, logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes in market comparison data. Their display does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or any commercial relationship.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchup Engine and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including any financial losses from betting or wagering decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to the service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
